Mr Erikson is a proven technical leader in the Department of Defense community, with over 15 years of professional experience in design, development, and integration of software for enterprise level communications, web portals, and personnel systems. From 2000 to 2010, he was a lead software designer and developer for the Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (PAAS) at Intelesis. Mr Erikson was also lead software engineer for the development of Navy Task Force Web (TFW) and Navy Enterprise Portal (NEP). He was also the leader engineer for the Rules of Engagement (ROE) project and C4I proof-of-concept prototypes for the automated ROE to GCCS-M. He specializes in application of Service Oriented Architecture principles and C4ISR capabilities, along with commercial/government off-the-shelf technologies.
Mr Erikson joined Cognetic in 2010, where he leads all software development and manages the overall architecture of PAAS in its customized applications for the Navy, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, Strategic Command, and 23 DoD agencies. He holds an Associate degree in Mathematics from Palomar College. Most importantly, he spends his precious time with his two beautiful daughters.
